Your next step is mortgage pre-approval…
Contact a mortgage broker to find out what you are qualified for. Pre-approval means that a lender has reviewed all necessary information and has approved a mortgage amount prior to us finding your new home. Sellers who are aware that you have been pre-approved see you as a serious buyer plus it allows you to know ahead of the search exactly what price you can afford. If you do not currently have a relationship with a bank or mortgage broker, I can provide you with a list of service professionals that I have worked with in the past.

I will use the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and all other resources that are at my disposal to find you the right home. As finding a new home is a time consuming process, I will keep the lines of communication open throughout the entire process as well as providing you up to date information what is happening in the real estate market.
When we find the right home, I will prepare the Contract of Purchase and Sale and negotiate on your behalf. When we have an accepted offer, I will work with you toward successful completion and possession.
